The inner chamber is made of SS 316 complete unit is Constructed of SS 304 and is triple walled. The jacket outside the Inner chamber is made of SS 304. The unit is complete in all respect With automatic water inlet valve. Temperature Controller cum Indicator. Pressure Stat, Automatic Water Level Indicator,

Mechanical Timer.
CONSTRUCTION AND SALIENT FEATURES
1. Inner made of Stainless Steel and outer made of S.S.
2. Supporting Ring & Legs are made up of S.S.
3. Heater cover with stand.
4. Bucket are made of Stainless Steel Sheet.
5. Lid is made of thick machined S.S. plate lined with Stainless Steel from inside.
6. Lid is fitted with Pressure Gauge, Spring Loaded Safety Valve, Manual.
7. Exhaust Valve, and water level indicator.
8. Drain Valve facilitate easy cleaning of the chamber.
9. Fitted with silicon rubber gasket.
10. All internal joints are argon arc welded.
11. Pressure Control Switch and Low Water Level Cut-Off system for general safety of the element.
12. Operating range from 15psi to 22psi pressure.
13. To work on 220/230Volts, 50/60Hz AC supply.
